With a presence in four continents, Bice initiates and supports numerous projects in collaboration with local organizations. Bice's partners, communities, families, children, and competent state services are always closely associated with the development, realization and evaluation of the actions carried out. Projects are implemented especially in situations where children's rights, as set out in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, are flouted in an intolerable way.

 

Although field action is important, it is not always sufficient and should always be part of a wider approach of public awareness-raising and government lobbying in favor of the long-term establishment of a protective environment that has full respect for children and their fundamental rights. Bice emphasizes exchanges of experience and concert between different players for their mutual benefit and application. Through these interactions, Bice has acquired a considerable cache of knowledge, nourishing its work of reflection and international lobbying.
