Reference Document of the Appeal

 

A reference document of the World Appeal to a new mobilization for Childhood was developed by an international committee of experts from reports on the situation of children in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe-CIS. It has served as the basis for the development of the Appeal the mobilization for Childhood. It develops the key issues on the situation of children in the world, identifies 10 priority issues and made a thirty recommendations to all stakeholders will take action for children.
